About the strategy

The Transport Activity Procurement Strategy outlines the Waikato Regional Council's approach to the procurement of transport sector activities funded in partnership with the NZ Transport Agency under s20 of the Land Transport Management Act (2003).  Key transport sector activities include our transport planning, road safety promotion and public transport programmes. 

Council aims to review the strategy every three years.
