Disclaimer:  Waikato Regional Council provide this free listing service to enable mooring owners to connect with people wishing to purchase or rent a mooring.  In using or viewing this free service, all parties agree the following:

  3. Any moorings which may be advertised on this site are subject to the conditions of their Resource Consent. It is the responsibility of the mooring owner to ensure the conditions of the Resource Consent are met and, in particular, that the mooring has a current certificate of inspection and the moored vessel is within the specified dimensions.

In the event of an incident or dispute about the condition or performance of the mooring, it is likely that insurance cover may be denied if the conditions described above are not met. Waikato Regional Council bears no legal responsibility or liability for any such incident or dispute.
